Eric Willeke is an experienced transformation consultant with deep lean-agile expertise and an extensive history of working with enterprise customers. Eric guides his customers through their complex agile adoption and transformation efforts, helping them build the leadership and organizational capability to sustainably and successfully deliver on the needs of their business. Eric has worked with a broad range of Fortune 500 companies in the technology, media, insurance, financial services, and healthcare industries. His work includes advising executives, forming transformation leadership teams, planning and steering transformations, facilitating strategic planning meetings, identifying and mitigating adoption risks, and training, guiding and mentoring change agents.
Eric is both an SPCT and SAFe Fellow, and has earned SPC, AKT, KCP, CSP, and CSM certifications, as well as various technical certifications, throughout his career. He has served on the program committee for the Agile 201x conference series and as the lead editor for the Proceedings of the LSSC conference series, and speaks frequently at conferences around the world. He is also active in the Women in Agile movement, supporting diversity in our professional communities.
